Matt Butler

Matt Butler is a young, passionate and energetic fly fishing guide based in Te Anau, Fiordland. A born and bred Kiwi, Matt lives in the deep south of NZ to immerse himself in the unbeatable outdoor lifestyle that the South Island offers. He has over 20 years fly-fishing experience, with 10 years of that guiding NZ's South Island. He prides himself in his fish spotting abilities and making the decisions required to successfully hookup to that fish of a lifetime. He shares his intimate knowledge of both the fishery, region and techniques so you have a successful day on water.
